1. The valve box adopts high-strength manganese plates after being stamped and welded.

2. The diameter of the S pipe valve is gentle, which can reduce the resistance during pumping

3. The new wearing plate and wearing ring, inlaiding with multiple pieces of hard alloy, which have high wear resistance and long service life. The wearing ring has a floating structure, which can automatically eliminate the wear gap and eliminate the pressure leakage caused by wear.

4. The mixing device is driven by a high-torque hydraulic plunger motor, and has the function of forward and reverse rotation to prevent material jam; the sealing structure is compact, which can avoid slurry leakage effectively and improve the service life greatly of the mixing device.

5. Adopting Rexroth A11V series constant power plunger pump, which can make full use of the prime motor power; it has electronic control stepless variable adjustment technology, which can adjust the output according to different concrete conditions, and also can change the suction performance of the pumping system.

6. The hydraulic system adopts imported Rexroth valves and has a high and low pressure switch function, which is convenient and quick, no leakage and pollution, and can be switched during the pumping;

7. The grease is delivered to the grease distributor during the pumping. With the movement of the distribution valve cylinder, each lubricating part can get enough lubricating oil from the distributor to ensure the equipment in continuous and stable operation.

8. The oil cylinder of the pumping mechanism adopts imported PARKER seals to prevent leakage; by using the new materials and new processes, to improve the service life of wearing parts such as concrete pistons and concrete cylinders,so it is at leading level in the industry.
