Recently, One FYG Hzs120 container-design mixing plant was sent to the construction site in Zouping, Shandong Province, will soon be in service of Jinan expressway construction. The jinan-Gaoqing expressway project is 93.305 kilometers long. It is an important part of the "sheer-2" line of the expressway network of "nine vertical, five horizontal, one ring and seven sheer" in Shandong province. It will improve and optimize the layout of the expressway network in Shandong Province, improve the overall road network capacity and regional transportation conditions, strengthen the radiation-driven area of Jinan Metropolitan area, it is of great significance to promote the development of Jinan airport economic zone and Jinan new-old kinetic energy conversion zone.
By virtue of its stable and reliable excellent performance, FYG modular mixing plant has become the first choice for the customers. In order to meet the construction requirements of the customers, according to the actual situation on the site, the equipment has been specially designed and manufactured in terms of the batching system. After the batching of aggregate, it can be fed two-way through a feeding belt conveyor, and a transitional belt conveyor and a stone washing machine are added, to achieve stone cleaning function. In order to deliver the equipment to the customers in the shortest time, Fangyuan Group sent a capable installation team, under the leadership of an experienced engineer Liu Chunsheng, and after more than 10 days of intensive fighting, the installation of the equipment was completed. At present, the set of mixing plant has entered the equipment commissioning stage, about to put into production, for the high-speed construction of jinan-Gaoqing contribution.
