Vertical axis HZS120 container-design mixing plant has been successfully put on line.
Recently, a customer in Deqing City, Zhejiang Province ordered HZS120 container-design Concrete Mixing Plant of Fangyuan group. After close cooperation of various departments of Fangyuan Group Complete Equipment Co. , Ltd. , the product has been successfully completed. The mixing plant adopts a vertical axis planetary mixer and is equipped with a video monitoring system for the falling degree of the main engine. The volume of the hopper of the batching machine is 15m³. All storage bins and weighing hoppers contain vibrating machines, all weighing sensors are imported Toledo sensors, air supply system using Jaguar screw air compressor, the host system added a set of pulse dust removal.
Hard sweat for all aspects of the equipment one-time assembly in place, debugging performance to meet the standard requirements, the product smoothly loaded into the hands of the customer.
