Delivery of HZS120 container-design mixing plant with split-type "CAN" main cable control
The container-design HZS120 Concrete Mixing Plant ordered by one road and bridge construction company was delivered smoothly recently. The mixing station adopts the most popular split-type "CAN" main cable control, further optimizes in the main structure design, carries on the deeper level excavation in the security idea, mainly displays in: 1.The mixer maintenance window open, automatic power cut-off shutdown; 2. A rope pull switch is added on the batching conveyor and the large-angle feeding belt conveyor. 3. A power-off switch for opening the door is added to each split box. 4. The control room is made of fire-proof rock wool board. The control system adopts Zhuhai Changlu's latest "distributed mixing plant control system" , which is divided into four modules: host control module, weighing control module, batching control module and cement silo control module, strong and weak current are concentrated in each module, each module through the "CAN" main cable transmission and reception of information. Each control box only needs to connect AC 380V power supply and CAN main cable to complete the control function of each part, and through MC700 main control module of host control box and optical fiber connection between computer, realize mutual communication and coordination work.
